Book Art: Snappy Journals with Elissa Campbell Sunday, February 5, 2012, 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm Learn how to assemble your own personal journal from a variety of imaginative and creative media with book artist Elissa Campbell. Expressive Arts Using Mixed Media with Susan Green Sunday, February 26, 2012, 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm Explore the joy of free-form creativity using a variety of mixed media with facilitator and artist Susan Green. $5 additional materials fee per person. Passover Delicacies - Samples and Recipe Swap with BJ Members Sunday, March 25, 2012, 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm It's time for Pesach! Come taste samples and swap time-tested recipes from other BJ members in this pre-Passover season workshop. Light refreshments provided. Poetry Workshop with Peggy Sapphire Sunday, April 1, 2012, 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm Explore your inner poet and celebrate National (and Jewish) Poetry Month with the guidance of poet Peggy Sapphire. Light refreshments provided. Jewish Musical Traditions and Folk Dancing with Robert Resnik and Gigi Weisman Sunday, April 22, 2012, 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm Revel in the diverse sounds of Jewish music over the ages. This workshop will be a bit of presentation and a bit of dancing; come prepared to kick up your heels and dance...or be the audience! Light refreshments provided. Workshop fees are $5 per member if paid at least one week in advance or $8 at the door. Non-members pay $10 in advance or $12 at the door.
