PLEASE NOTE: Registration for all High Holidays services can be made on the form below and you will be able to access this form when you click on any of the services we are offering through the High Holidays.

If you would like to attend in-person High Holiday services at Beth Jacob Synagogue, use this form to request seats. Please fill out one form for your whole party/family, if applicable. This data helps us configure chairs and assists with contact tracing, if needed.

With the understanding that COVID safety protocols may change in the coming weeks, we expect to seat everyone who wants to attend. Should we need to limit attendance, we will notify you in advance. In that instance, current members of Beth Jacob will receive priority.

Services will be simulcast on Zoom for people to enjoy from home. Once you register for in-person services, you also be sent an email with Zoom links and passwords in case you decide to participate from home. Thus, no need to fill out the zoom registration form if you fill out this form.
