Ritual Committee

Beth Jacob is a lay-lead congregation.  We have several rabbis and knowledgable people who are members of our congregation.  They, along with other congregants, lead weekly services, tutor bar/bat mitzvah students, and lead high holiday services.  A ritual committee sets our worship schedule and recruits leaders.
