In order to keep our Zoom services for the High Holidays safe for all, we are asking that everyone who wishes to attend a Zoom service during the High Holidays fill out the following form.  Within a week of the beginning of Rosh Hashanah you will be sent a master list of all of the zoom invites and passwords for Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur. 

There is no deadline for filling out this form, you can continue to register throughout the High Holidays.  However, please avoid submitting this form right before or during a service that you want to attend we may not be able to quickly respond to you.

If you already filled out the in-person registration form there is no need to also fill out this form as we already have your info and you will automatically be sent the zoom invites along with your seat reservations.
